To reset your password, hit the 'Forgot password' link on the Trustd login screen and enter your email address. We will send you instructions on how to create a new password.

Who can view my profile? 

At Trustd, we give you control over who can view your profile. Any other users within your organisation wishing to view your profile must submit a Profile Sharing request which you can approve or reject. Where will my data be shared if I upload it on Trustd?

As part of Trustd's terms of use, your data will be shared with the organisation to which you are onboarding. In addition, certain information is also shared with third party providers who help us with verification checks throughout the process. These include the DVLA for driver license details, FullCircl for company information, GBG for facial liveliness and likeness checks, the Government check-mot-history service.
